It's kind of a dream come true.  Short run color printing that sizzles, and is fairly priced.  Shipping was reasonable, too.  How long I've waited for this (all my life, I suspect!).  Thanks for a great job.  Let me know if you need a testimonial.  I have a lot of regular readers for my books and articles, and teach a lot of people in my seminars.
